Il processo parte da un disegno scannerizzato e convertito in negativo fotografico. Da quel negativo nasce la matrice, impressa su carta con sali di ferro e luci UV. Ogni stampa è unica: la chimica e il tempo di esposizione possono variare e non si ripetono mai allo stesso modo.
Un cerchio e i fili, sempre gli stessi, quelli che tornano in tutto il lavoro dell'artista.
Linee che si incontrano, si annodano, si allontanano. Il cordone ombelicale, il percorso
di vita, la connessione come forma visiva.

The process begins with a drawing, scanned and turned into a photographic negative. That negative becomes the matrix, printed onto paper through iron salts and UV light. Each print is unique: the chemistry and exposure time may vary and never repeat in exactly the same way.
A circle and the threads, always the same ones, the ones that run through all of the artist's work. Lines that meet, knot, drift apart. The umbilical cord, the path of a life, connection as visual form.
